Kerrin Blakeney
Physiotherapist
The owner and principal physiotherapist at Yungaburra Physio, Kerrin Blakeney, was born and bred on the Tablelands. Before the creation of Yungaburra Physio, Kerrin was working hard to achieve a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree (Bond University), a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree (Griffith University) and a degree in Psychological Science (Griffith University).
Although Kerrin has since returned to his home on the Tablelands, he has previously worked extensively at the Wesley hospital in Brisbane, as well as Physique Health on the beautiful Mt Tambourine. He has and continues to spend numerous hours with local sporting clubs as a sports trainer and physiotherapist.
Kerrin travelled North with a vision for starting his own Physiotherapy practice that strives to deliver personal, hands-on and effective physical treatment.
Kerrin continues to practice at Yungaburra Physio and has specific interest in headaches and neck pain, shoulder/knee and all back pain, hip/buttock pain, feet/gait dysfunctions, vertigo/dizziness, disease and injury rehabilitation, as well as general fitness.
